EMC-credited event

Each participant will receive the Conference Welcome Kit upon registration. It includes the scientific program and promotional materials from partners.

Access to the venue will be allowed only to participants (healthcare professionals) and exhibitors (partner companies) at the Conference and will only be done based on the participant or exhibitor badge, which you will receive after registering at the Info Desk.
Participants will choose their seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Therefore, we recommend that you plan to arrive at the venue early.

Participants will eat meals in designated areas, as detailed in the Conference program.

Mobile phones must be set to silent mode during all sessions.

Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation, with EMC credits. To benefit from the maximum number of EMC credits, please scan the badge daily, each time you enter/exit the Rooms where the scientific activity is carried out. Each participant badge has a UNIQUE QR code.

Participants and invited speakers are requested to wear their badges at all times inside the Center where the Conference is taking place.

Only digital materials that meet the technical specifications agreed upon at registration will be accepted for presentation. Materials must be uploaded to the Technical Team at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled presentation time.

Failure to meet technical specifications or deadlines may have a negative impact on your presentation.

Any damage or injury caused to the event venue will be borne by the person causing it. Neither the building nor the organizer accepts any responsibility for personal injury.

Participation in the Conference is a voluntary act.

We inform you that the entire location where the event is taking place is monitored by VIDEO.

Smoking is allowed only in specially designated smoking areas.

The Conference Secretariat and Registration will be located at the Conference Center

Internet access will be available via the wireless connection available at the location.

We inform you that the photos taken during the event will be posted ONLINE. The Organizer has the image rights over the entire Event and may use the photo and video images, taken by both its own staff and participants, in various materials produced during the Conference.

Neither the building nor the organizer accepts any responsibility for the loss, theft or disappearance of any items.

Lost property that has been recovered by the organizing team can be picked up at the Info Stand. To report a lost item, please contact the information desk.
