🔄 REFUND POLICY

Participation fee

The participation fee differs depending on the professional category of the participant. Payment is made through the online payment platform, available on the website www.aotp.ro.

Confirmation of participation / Event access

After making the payment and completing the registration form on the AOTP website ( www.aotp.ro ), the participant will receive confirmation of registration by email.
If the registration form is not completed, the registration is not considered valid and the participant will not receive access data or logistical information related to participation in the event.

Event access details will be sent at least 24 hours before the event begins.

Return of participation fee

To cancel participation and return the fee, the participant must send a written request to aotp@aspro.com.ro, specifying:

• Name and surname;

• Event name;

• Payment date;

• Amount paid.

The fee will be refunded via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed. The payment processor will handle the refund.
The refund will be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of the written request.

Bank fees related to the return are borne by the beneficiary and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Return percentage:

• 100% if the request is submitted at least 30 days before the event;

• 50% if sent at least 20 days in advance;

• 25% if sent at least 15 days in advance;

• 0% if the request is submitted less than 15 days before the event.

The fee is not refundable if:

• It is covered by sponsorship or voucher/prize;

• The participant did not participate physically or online;

• There are changes to the event program (changes that are not attributable to the organizer).

The fee is fully refunded only in the following cases:

• Cancellation of the event by the organizer;

• Postponement/rescheduling of the event.

In these cases, AOTP will publish the return methods on the website www.aotp.ro and through official communication channels (newsletter, social networks, etc.).
